Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the error is ours.

3.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or models.

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Gift cards or vouchers

Downloadable or digital products

Personalized/custom items

Perishable or consumable goods

5.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

6.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

If it’s our mistake, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.
Additional time may be required for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
